Dorado Rewards: Program Terms

These terms are part of DORADO's Terms of Service.

The short version

Every order earns store credit: 10% back as a Member (free), 20% back as a VIP ($9 a year).
Credit lands 10 days after your order and is good for 90 days from the day it lands.
Credit spends like cash at checkout on full-price orders. It does not combine with codes or automatic offers.
Return an order and the credit it earned comes off your balance.
VIP renews yearly, cancels in one click, and the fee is non-refundable.

1. Membership

Dorado Rewards is open to U.S. residents 18 and older with a DORADO account.

Member is free. Your first order (or creating an account) enrolls you automatically.

VIP is $9 a year. Join from your DORADO account and your VIP benefits start right away. VIP renews automatically on your join date each year until you cancel. We email you at least 15 days before every renewal.

Cancel VIP anytime in one click from your account. You keep VIP benefits until the end of your paid term. VIP fees are non-refundable.

VIP can't be paused. You can cancel and rejoin whenever you like. The sign-up credit is a one-time gift and isn't issued again.

If a renewal payment fails, we'll email you to update your card. VIP ends if the payment can't be completed.

3. Earning credit

Credit is earned on the cash you actually pay for your pieces: after discounts, before taxes and shipping.

Only orders on dorado.com earn credit. Orders through other retailers or marketplaces don't.

Gift card purchases, orders paid with a gift card, the VIP fee, and any part of an order paid with store credit do not earn credit.

You earn at the rate of your tier on the day you order. Nothing is retroactive: orders placed before Dorado Rewards launched, or before you joined VIP, don't earn.

Credit tracks orders placed with the email on your account. If you ordered with a different email, contact support within 30 days of the order and we'll attach it.

Credit lands in your account 10 days after you place your order. We'll let you know when it's there.

From time to time we run credit events (like double-credit weekends) that raise the Member earn rate for a stated window. The VIP rate stays the same. Events are promotions, not standing benefits.

4. Spending credit

Your balance shows up as a payment option at checkout on dorado.com. Credit doesn't apply on its own: you choose how much to use on each order.

Credit applies to full-price orders. It is one offer per order and does not combine with discount codes or automatic offers like Buy 2, Get 30% Off. If your order uses a code or an automatic offer, your credit stays in your account for next time.

Credit is tied to your account. It can't be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used on gift cards or the VIP fee. It is redeemable on dorado.com only.

5. How long credit lasts

Every credit is valid for 90 days from the day it lands in your account. This includes earned credit, sign-up, birthday, and referral credit.

We email you before any credit expires. A one-time courtesy extension may be available through support.

6. Returns and refunds

When an order is refunded, the credit it earned comes off your balance when the refund is processed.

If you already spent that credit, your balance goes negative. New credit you earn fills the gap first, then builds back up.

7. Gift credits

Sign-up credit ($15, VIP only): issued once when you first join VIP. Lands instantly. No order minimum.

Birthday credit ($15, VIP only): issued once every 12 months to VIP accounts with a verified date of birth added after a purchase. No order minimum.

Referral credit ($10 for Members, $15 for VIP): share your link. Your credit lands 10 days after your friend places their first order through it, at the rate of your tier at that time. It's removed if that order is refunded. Limit 10 referral credits per 12 months. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and referrals of existing customers don't qualify. Your friend gets DORADO's standard new-customer welcome offer.

Gift credits follow the same spending and expiry rules as earned credit.

8. Perks and production

Early-access and VIP-exclusive perks apply while stock lasts. We'll email or text you when early access opens. No action needed.

9. Fair use

One account per person. Credit obtained through returns abuse, duplicate accounts, chargebacks, or manipulation of promotions may be removed, and membership may be revoked.

DORADO may update benefits, earn rates, and these terms going forward. Changes never remove credit you've already earned. We'll announce material changes by email.

10. Your account

You need a DORADO account to see your balance, spend credit, share your referral link, and manage VIP.

Update your payment method anytime in your account.
