Processing times:

Our turnaround time is only an estimation, never a guarantee due to the unforeseen intake of orders at any given hour of the day. These items are truly handmade by our staff and take a lot of time and care to perfect.

Shipping Rates:

All domestic shipments are free above $59. If you select expedited shipping at checkout then you may be charged for more. Domestic shipments are normally shipped and tracked through USPS.

Estimated time for delivery:

Be advised that many factors contribute to delivery time. Personalized & handmade items can take approximately 3 - 4 weeks for delivery. Once an order has been shipped, please allow 4 to 7 business days for arrival.

  • United States: USPS Standard or similar: [4-7 Days]
  • Priority and Expedited Shipping options are available for ready-to-ship items only. If your order includes personalized or made-to-order pieces, express shipping options will not appear at checkout.

International:

International shipments are shipped with the most economic methods available based on location.

  • Canada: Canada Post [7-14 Days]
  • United Kingdom: Royal Mail [5-10 Days]
  • Australia: Australia Post [7-14 Days]
  • Europe: Local Shipping Provider [8-12 Days]
  • Other: Local Shipping Provider [7-14 Days]

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees. For lost or damaged packages, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

When your package has shipped, you will receive another email with the shipping confirmation email and a tracking number to follow your package as it makes its way to you!

Dorado accessories come tucked into an aesthetic box—perfect for gifting. You may also choose to add a Gift Bag to your order.

Shipping Insurance

Dorado is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. You may add Shipping Protection to ensure your items are insured.

Gold is durable, but everyday exposure to perfume, chlorine, soaps, and cleaning products can dull its shine over time.

 

To keep your pieces looking the way they did when you opened the box:

  • Avoid contact with cosmetics, perfumes, and body products. Let them settle before putting on your jewelry.
  • Wipe pieces regularly to remove oils or buildup.
  • Clean gently with water and pat dry carefully.
  • Store safely in a jewelry box to prevent scratches and tangling.
  • Steer clear of harsh chemicals or abrasives.
  • Put your jewelry on last for extra protection.
